Our O2 4G service reduced after they had a tower problem. Now it is fixed our service is very poor. 1.4 mbps down 0.2 up. Yet if I walk up the lane 500 m the signal is 20 – 29 mbps down and 15 – 20 up. In the house and office it is often only poor 3G or 2 bar 1 bar 4G. Before the tower issue we had 15mbps down and 8 mbps up. There is a small hill between us and the tower. It is to the west of the direct line of sight of the tower from the front of the property, partially interrupting the signal. There is another tower slightly further away to the east in Comrie. Can your booster work for us?

  • Dear John, Thank you for your question. The signal can get worse because of the increase of the users or other reasons. However, we can help you to get 4-5 stable bars inside your house if you get at least one outside. I assume the signal on your roof is better, which means you can put the external antenna there and direct it to the cell tower. This is how the booster will get the signal and improve it. For further assistance, or questions, you can contact us by info@mobilesignalboosters.co.uk. Best regards, Hellen
