If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us and get a full refund within 30 days as of the day of your purchase. Please note: the returned product must be in the state you received it, unworn, in its original packaging. You will only have to pay for the return shipping and insurance fees.
Please get back to us with a tracking information once you return the product. The return process may take from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the courier you selected for shipment. We do recommend to use a standard post for a return. Once the return is confirmed we will make a full refund.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. By refusing to sign for your package, it will automatically be shipped back to us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of the receipt of your order. Defective product return shipping fees will be covered by the seller.
In order to exchange your purchase for a different one (whether for a similar one or not,) you need to return the original product for a refund and then place a new order.
We accept returns to the UK. You can request return information by contacting our customer support team.
Depending on your payment method, your refund may take up to 2 weeks. We will process the refund once your parcel arrives to us. In case of canceling your order before it’s delivered to you, we will process the refund right after the cancellation is confirmed.
Please note: orders are being shipped through international shipping couriers and are out of our control. Therefore, in case your order has been delayed and you decided not to accept your order, you should reject your delivery, and only after that, we may process your refund.
